Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you and TheCreatorSwipe ("we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using TheCreatorSwipe (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use TheCreatorSwipe. The Service is intended for professional creator collaboration only.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for the information you submit and for activity on your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use & content standards
You agree NOT to post, send, or share content that:
- is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or abusive;
- is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
- infringes any intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity right;
- promotes spam, scams, malware, or unlawful activity;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
Zero tolerance: we do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in content removal and account termination.
4. Reporting & blocking
Every member profile and message exposes a Report action to flag objectionable content and a Block action to immediately prevent further contact. We honor blocks across messaging, matching and group features.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account; deletion is permanent and removes your profile, photos, matches, messages and collaborations.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCreatorSwipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
